FCO - Running Club
Information about our Running Club is as follows:
- Lunch time meet ups x2 Weekly
- Meet ready to go at 12:30 on a Wednesday and Friday
- Organised running group focused initially on mid level running.
New to running? Currently managing 1-5km of running? Why not run with a Physiotherapist who can help you with running technique, pacing advice, home exercises to improve your running stability and strength.
FCO Level 1 run club meet on Tuesday and Thursday, meet up at the FCO gym and running around St James’s Park, sessions usually last 30-40 minutes.

Can you run 5 to 10km? This should be ok for you!
Are you a marathon/ultra marathon runner? Then this may not be challenging enough for you.
Sessions take 50 minutes and cover 5 to 10km of running and dependant on numbers/training goals of those involved may have pause stations for core control, higher intensity cardio exercises around St James’s and Green Park.
As we build a group of attendee’s we will try and help build the running community and get more community led groups of various abilities going out independently.
Even if you are new to running or regularly run 18km+ please let us know if you are doing so around work hours in the local park so we can help put you in touch with other runners of similar ability.
