"Firstly, may I thank you for the kind welcome note and fresh fruit that you had put into our room last evening. It was a very thoughtful gesture and I very much appreciated.

Secondly, and more importantly, may I take this opportunity to thank you both so much for the way in which you are looking after Sir Paul and Lady Lynda during his rehabilitation stay at Tring. They were so full of praise last evening for the way that they are being looked after by both of you and your respective staff - as well as the superb food and facilities. The excellent work that the lady Physiotherapist is undertaking on his leg has not only started to have a marked effect on his physical recovery but has also totally boosted his morale and hopes for a full recovery. The change in him in just two short weeks, after two very depressing months, is nothing short of amazing.

What you have both achieved for him so far is a superb endorsement for Champneys, not just as a Health Resort but also the new Regenerate (Champneys Medical) Services. I am certain that they will both spread the good word for Champneys far and wide at the end of their stay. Very well done and my most sincere personal thanks."
