Hello Emma,

Just want to thank you and everyone else involved in getting me fit in time to play in the football tournament this last weekend.

We managed to make it to the final so ended up having to playing six 30-minute games in one day. So it was a real test of both my knee and back and I'm glad to say they both appear to have coped very well.

Obviously the only downside to it is that I may not see you all again. But recent history suggests I'll pick up another injury soon.
