BSc (hons) Physiotherapy, BSc (hons) Human Biology, Diploma in Sports Science
During my younger years I achieved many sporting accolades specifically for my performances at National level Badminton and Martial Arts whilst at Loughborough University (English Institute for Sport). I also experienced many injuries on the way which sparked to my interest in Sports Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
I have always lived in the Dacorum area and I now receive great satisfaction thru working with local sports teams. I am currently heavily involved with Tring RUFC. I treat the Senior and Junior teams, providing them with pitch side physiotherapy and regular clinic appointments at E.J. Physio to help maintain their excellent run of form.
My other interests lay within biomechanics and prescription insoles made from specific measurements of the foot and assessment of the way you walk (gait analysis). These insoles can help enhance sporting performance whilst, most importantly, prevent injury caused by poor biomechanics and reduce pain from conditions such as; Plantar fascitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, knee pain and lower back pain.
