Leah Holdroyd

Leah graduated with Merit in 1988 and has specialised in musculo-skeletal injuries and disorders with a particular focus on sports injuries, complex joints and the spine.
Leah is an active professional, keeping up-to-date with current developments through seminars and extensive post graduate training. She is a full member of the Manipulative Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) and is also fully trained in the use of acupuncture and Pilates techniques.
Having spent many years in teaching hospitals she has more recently worked in private practices in Hertfordshire where she has developed a particular interest and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of dance related injuries.
Leah is also a clinical supervisor and mentor for MSc post-graduate students, a member of the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS) and been involved in the presentation of physiotherapy research papers in both Stockholm and New York.
